1. Enquiry
Reach out via phone or our contact form and tell us a bit about your project — the room, roughly what you’re after, and your suburb.
2. Site Visit
Kane Knight or a member of the team visits your home to see the space, discuss what’s realistic, and answer any questions.
3. Fixed-Price Quote
We put together a detailed, itemised quote covering the full scope of work — no vague estimates, no hidden extras.
4. Scheduling
Once you’re ready to proceed, we lock in a start date and talk through material lead times so you know what to expect.
5. The Renovation
Our trades work through the project in a clear sequence, with regular updates so you always know what stage things are at.
6. Compliance & Certification
Waterproofing, plumbing and electrical work is certified to the relevant Australian Standards as part of every job.
7. Final Walkthrough
We walk through the finished space with you, address anything outstanding, and hand over all relevant certificates and documentation.
8. Aftercare
If anything needs attention after handover, you’ve got a direct line back to the team who did the work — not a call centre.
